*another crap picture. i wanted people to feel sorry for me, so i was taking a picture of the tiny oven i have. waa waa waa. so this is a pic of the brownies before they're cooked.
2 cubes (1 c.) butter
1/2 c. shortening
4 c. sugar
2/3 c. baking cocoa
8 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
cream butter, shortening and sugar. add cocoa. add eggs mixing well after each one. add salt, flour and vanilla. divide into two 9x13 greased pans. sprinkle with choc chips. i've also thrown in other things like m&m's, reeses, 3 musketeers... endless possibilities.
you could use two pans, or just eat half of it. holy cow is it good-- worth the risk of salmonella. bake 30 minutes at 350.
