i'm not going to lie: this was REALLY REALLY good.
moosh all of this together: ground pork, 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bread broken up (if you use the small bread then use probably 5 pieces), can of diced tomatoes, lots of cheese, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. bake at 350 for an hour.
by the way: meatloaf beatloaf is a line off of an all-time classic movie: a christmas story.
